I spent more than 10 years on the paid acquisition side, mostly running Google Ads budgets for e-commerce and SaaS. By regularly cross-checking Search Console reports with Ads reports, I realized that no tool was seriously bridging the two: impossible to simply answer "is this query being cannibalized by my own SEO?" or "what is the ROI of this SEO action against rising CPCs?".

SearchLens was born from that frustration. It is a tool that combines Google Search Console, Google Ads, and GA4 to answer concrete operational questions: declining-page detection, CTR opportunities, branded / non-branded segmentation, and the real attribution of SEO actions.

I write on this blog to share the methods I use day to day — not generically rewritten SEO content, but quantitative analyses on real datasets with real screenshots.
